Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi simple ..we as a parent need to stay calm and have patience. because kids learn most of the things by imitating their parents and others. so set good example infront of your child. limit your child salt and sugar intake keep him well hydrated practice yoga or mediation daily
