#asktheexperts how to loose weight. there's fat accumulated on my waist tummy area nd my breakfast become so bulky.. what to do mam

A. Coming back to pre pregnancy weight will take some time and consistent efforts, so be patient. you should aim for overall weight loss it will also lead to reduction of excess fat from specific regions as well Eat mindfully, avoid intake of high fat, sugar and salt containing processed packaged food. You should avoid excess ghee and oil intake. Have lean protein sources and good intake of fibre adequate water intake begin to exercise after consulting doctor exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months helps
