A. Dear mum, weight of 4 kg is a normal weight for 1 and half months old baby. For healthy weight gain you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
