A. Give a balanced diet including proteins, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins in the correct proportion. Keep your kid away from junk food. Include more of lean proteins along with leafy vegetables and food items rich in calcium and potassium. Give zinc rich foods like squash seeds and peanuts. Introduce your kid to stretching exercises. Hanging, pull ups and chin ups also help. Let the kid do Surya Namaskar and Chakrasana. The kid can also do skipping.
