DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and if he is having drooling and irritation then it’s not a teething process but either mouth ulcers or stomatitis and needs gums massage with dentogel liquid and give him calcium vitamin d3 supplements

Give Homoeopathic medicine calcareous PHOS to be a child three times in a day three tablets also you can give teether to the child gently massage on the gums of your child with a finger that is also going to help in settling down the pain and irritation in gums
