NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello it is normal that babies birth weight will reduce first and then. a y starts gaining in its weight and make sure to give your child breastmilk exclusively and if the ba y is gaining a minimum of 159 grams to 200 grams per month then it is a good weight gain
