Hello, try involving him in kitchen activities take his help to plan meals, buy groceries, setting up the table etc. Make food visually appealing , try different shapes, cut vegetables, fruits, sandwiches in fun shapes, use colorful cutlery, pair his favourite food with new food. Don't force or bribe him to eat.
