You should definitely start with iron supplement a lot of doctors advised to give injections also because that really helps a lot in boosting the iron level in the body plus you should give iron rich diet you can consult a nutritionist regarding a balanced nutritious diet which will help in overall growth development and including it will help in increasing the haemoglobin levels
