#asktheexperts how to cure my 1 year old baby's gastric problem and constipation? also, is there anything to help him get back his lost appetite?? Please advise π

Uma RamMom of 2 children4 months agoA. Hai good afternoon !! For constipation relief ,do tummy massage with warm castor oil or coconut oil for 5 minutes in clockwise direction . Include fibre in diet ( Fruits,vegetables ,cereals, grains,pulses,millets ) timely feeds for increasing appetite.
