SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Diastasis recti can get better on its own, in some instances. In fact, one study showed that more than half of postpartum women had resolution of their diastasis recti by 6 months. With that said, if your diastasis does not resolve spontaneously, the first line treatment option, is conservative management.
