RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl4 days agoA. Superficially you can clean it with a soft and a wet cloth but if you feel the wax is there or this creating any trouble to the child then in that case I’m going to recommend you to get it checked with an ENT doctor for proper eardrops to use
