Q.

#asktheexperts how much weight a baby should gain in each month after birth..?? And when should we start trying foods other than breastmilk for babies??

A. you should exclusively breast feed, till baby complete six months.. then start with solids as ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge dalia sabudana puree boiled mashed fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato banana apple pear sapota.. babies should be gain around 500-700g per month, and must double birth weight around 4-6months and three times the birth weight at completion of one year..
