RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl7 months agoA. About 2 teaspoons you can give in a day if it is needed to be given unnecessarily do not give sugar to the child in fact you should try to avoid giving sugar as it can have a lot of bad effects on the overall growth of the child least the better
