A. Hello dear parent! Above one year the maximum dairy intake should be around 500 ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Give 3 to 4 meals in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family.
