#asktheexperts how much quantity of milk and how many times in a day I can give to my 1.5 year old boy ?

A. After age of 1 year it is important to follow the following points and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml. you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child. you can make anything any recipe from cerealsv pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child

U Then try to manage it a minimum three times in a day morning evening and night before your child goes to sleep that’s the minimum three times I am suggesting you to go for and if you want you can go ahead with more also depending upon how much milk your child wants to have in a day black depending upon the liking an appetite
