Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello my dear parent! The total dairy intake should not exceed 500 ML per day. Now the total dairy includes milk, curd, buttermilk, Paneer, cheese, or anything that is dairy related and so on.
