RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 months agoA. 5 KG to 10 KG is very normal to be seen then that is what is going to be good enough it’s a minimum amount of maximum amount of weight that women should gain if you gain more than that and on the higher side but still justified up to 15 kg Max
