NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello..Experts recommend that babies work up to about 1 hour of tummy time a day by the time they're 3 months old. Make some noises or shake a rattle to get your child to look up and push up. any concern then check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you
