Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. sleep will be taken according to the need of the child so if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern it will obviously change from time to time and then stabilize.e
if overall the child is play full and is well responding then do not worry the child will not have any problem m
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. At 9 months of age, we'll continue to aim for at least 14 hours of total sleep, which is well within the 12 - 15 hours recommended by the National Sleep Foundation for a 24-hour period. That's 11 - 12 hours at night and 2 - 3 hours during the day over 2 naps.
