RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl3 days agoA. At any age you should know this that at least minimum sleep of 8 to 10 hours is important for anybody in general eight hours is minimum and 8 to 10 hours minimum for a child in this age is extremely important if the child maintains that it is all good
