#asktheexperts How many times solid should be offered to 7 month old baby? If yes then, limit of variety of solids in a day?

A. You should give it three times in the day for breakfast lunch and dinner and other time you can give milk fruit snack whatever you would prefer giving it to the child and that’s how you can continue with it
