#asktheexperts how many times should I feed food to my 6 month old baby? what should be the quantity?

A. Start with few spoons on the first day. On the second day, give the same food, just increase the quantity a bit more. Do this for few more days gradually increasing the amount. Once the baby is comfortable start with another new food. Always follow the two-day gap rule before introducing new foods. After few weeks when u think the baby is okay to take another meal, you can start it.
