Q.

#asktheexperts How many times minimum a 8 month baby should feed including both solid and milk ? what should be the time gap between 2 feeds ?

A. My baby takes meal at 8 p.m. then she drinks FM at 11 or 11:30 .After that she refuses FM and BM both through the whole night. Then when she wakes up at 7 a.m. then does her breakfast. So the gap is happening near about 7 - 8 hrs. This is the main concern.

A. hi ideally,at age of 8 months babies can take semisoild food three times in a day but it doesn't mean to wean your child breastfeeding you should continue with it too and offer it whenever it is required keep Gap of 2 or 3 hours between two feeds
