As long as your baby is active and normal, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times a day, showing no discomfort symptoms, accepting feeds then nothing to worry. Continue to exclusively breastfeed. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments.
