7am a cup of milk..
9am break fast as poha cheela upma suji halwa uthapam idly dosa cornflakes chocos..
11am any fruit as apple pear sapota banana papaya..
1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad..
4.30pm snacks vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda..
7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha..
10pm a cup of milk..
