#asktheexperts How many meals should I give to my 7 month old baby?? I have to include finger food within??

A. Hello good evening !! Two meals mid morning and evening ,followed by breastfeed or formula feed every 2-3 hours. Cerelac,porridge,fruit and vegetable purie or mash ,kichdi /dal rice,curd rice . During the teething phase 9-10 months start giving finger foods (vegetables chopped into wedges ,steam or boil &fruits,poha ,mur mure ) which help in easing gum pain.
