#asktheexperts How many hours a day should a baby sleep... including nap time? My 7 month old only naps for 10 mins... mostly because she is easily startled by any noise or light.

Put earplugs are cotton to avoid these extra noise that you are talking about some kids are generally light sleeper by birth so for them this is a good option and a minimum sleep that your child should take in a day is 10 hours so that should definitely be maintained
