A. at this age you have to offer everything which is made at home to your child. you have to give 500 ml milk everyday and you can either give milk or milk products but the amount should be total of 500 ml you have to give at least one and half katori rice and one katori dal everyday. you have to give at least one and half katori vegetables everyday. you have to give at least one and half katori wheat/roti products to the child everyday. you have to give at least two fruits everydayf you can go for different recipes and flavours according to your local delicacies and diets. you can addc ghee as well as dry fruits to the diet.

A. There is a proper suggestion would be given by your doctor because they would know the exact amount of calories proteins and all other mineral intake needs to have so it would be good to consult a nutritionist they will be able to give you best guidance on that
