ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, if you are able to breastfeed your baby, then you should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious, safe and complete food for baby till 6 months. Avoid giving formula.
