Usually pain happens when the head is engaged and the child take a position for delivery you also get symptoms like sometimes it could be brown discharge sometimes it could be water leaking stomach pain coming and going legs pain so that different things that can give you an indication like this but hundred percent can be suggested by the doctor after check up
