RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl4 weeks agoA. You’ll have to look for a proper diet to follow because a lot of fruits and vegetables that we eat like banana and all instantly rice potassium and uric acid so you really need to check with a nutritionist for a detailed diet plan to follow
