#asktheexperts how can I decide quantity of food i should give to my baby

A. dear mum, for 6 months old baby, you should begin with 3-4 teaspoons and gradually increase the quantity of food up to half katori every time, 2 to 3 times a day. continue to breastfeed in between.

A. hi initially , it is advisable to give food in 3 tbsp of Quantity and give same kind of food item for 3 days so you may check whether your child is allergic to Particular food or not mam, if baby turns his head after taking few spoons of food then stop giving It don't force feed or overfeed your child
