RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 months agoA. Usually when the child is full they sleep for 2 to 3 hours or they are playful for another two or three hours after taking one feeding from you and if that is there that means your child is full with feeding and a minimum gain of half a kilogram should be seen every month
