Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.g
toddlers may haver night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Hi That probably maybe happening because your child is sleeping through the day it’s a very common thing with kids they mostly sleep through the day and they’re awake through the night that’s also a pattern which is going to change over the period but as of now don’t worry about to follow the schedule of the child gradually trying to change it to your comfort level
