#asktheexperts hlo ma'am... mam yashi ko kabhi kabhi ekdm white discharge ho raha hai aur mujhe uske nipple mein dono mein hlki hlki c ganth bhi lagti h tight tight feel hoti h ....kya krein ma'am??

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 months agoA. If you’re not emptying your breast frequently, then it will start becoming hard because of curdled milk and it will be a painful condition. So either feed the baby or at least express the milk
