#asktheexperts hlo doctor meri beti 1 saal ki ho gai hai but usne kaffi pehle se hi upar se milk pina band kar diya hai uska weight badh nahi raha hai wo kaffi slim hai uski bahot tension hoti hai plz kuch bataiye

A. Hello mom usse aap cows milk de ..aur kuch flavours add kar sakte hai . Saath mein baaki usual foods joh aap ghar par banate hai woh de sakte hai abhi , as no more baby foods . Dry fruits and nuts, sago , eggs, whole grains and cereals etc de sakte hai
