#asktheexperts hlo doc.. how to sleep for my baby early.. give me sum tips.. to me.. happy womans for all... lovely mothers.. keep b happy and rocking

A. you should read various articles on sleep training Sleep is important for brain growth and development. For a good sleep baby should be well fed at bed time. Room should be comfortable and quiet. You can sing a lullaby or play some light music. Can use swinging or rocking also. Day night variations are quite common in babies and can be corrected by sleep training as per family schedule

A. Children at this age typically go to bed between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. and wake up around 6 a.m. and 8 a.m., just as they did when they were younger. At age 3, most children are still napping, while at age 5, most are not. Naps gradually become shorter, as well. New sleep problems do not usually develop after age 3.
