#asktheexperts His weight is 30 and fasting insulin is 27 and he is obese. Is it something to worry about high fasting insulin

A. hi parent you need to show to doctor for this give good proteins, vegetables , fruits in diet add nuts powder in milk give nuts like almonds, walnuts , pistachios
