#asktheexperts hiii I'm offering 3 meals per day to my baby.....i.e breakfast,lunch, evening time at 4'o clock Cerelac....While I observing my baby....I thought she was hungry at around 7pm....At that time can I offer any food to her?? if yes, which food can I offer....?? can u please explain...??

you may offer one finger food in between like fruit piece, idli, paratha piece

You can give milk at this time because you already giving food three or four times or you can feed dinner to the child early and later before sleeping you can give milk to your child however you would want to combine as eating early dinner is anyways healthy so either of the two things can be done
