#asktheexperts ...hii... i have a 10months old son, all over sudden for the past 3days he loses his appetite, i've tried to change several menus but it was of no help... his bowel is regular, he play and sleep peacefully at night

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child. at the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of losds of appetite. give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

A lot of times kids to get bored of the similar kind of food also if you not adding spices and salty should go ahead with that and lastly the most common reason that I can sense at the age of your child is the Jio child could be having its teeth and which is why do to loss of appetite your child is not eating anything
