Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! For the first few days babies tend to pass stools frequently like loose motions. As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine, showing no discomfort symptoms then nothing to worry. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
