try to give everything to your child.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day after consulting with your paediatrician

No I wouldn’t really say it is underweight and If your child is active and eating well then the wait is finally not worry about it because my mothi the age of two years we say if a child is approximately 12 to 13 KG also it’s perfectly fine so 10 is fine but you can definitely work upon increasing the weight of your child
