A. Hello good evening !! From the 6th month onwards you can start semi solids - Cerelac with ghee,porridges,fruit and vegetable purie, mash once a day , rest of the day either breast milk or formula milk. Check the suitability of every new food item ,avoid sugar,salt,oil and honey in baby foods until one year old.
