#asktheexperts hi sir, what happens when I introduce semi solid foods for my 4 month girl? are there any problems? is it dangerous? pls share your opinion.

A. Dear mum, if you introduce semi solid foods to your baby before 6 months then it increases the risk of infection and even reduces the milk supply. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.

A. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and do not give baby any other food till then as it can be difficult for digestion and also if bm is not sufficient then give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
