#asktheexperts HI Sir, my son is 17 months old and I have started potty training from last month. till then he use to poop daily without any hesitation but now he is afraid of pooping without diapers. so nowadays he hesitate to poop and he is pooping 2-3 days. kindly advise

A. It’s okay Maam a lot of times when you make your child sit on the commode they face this kind of a problem but you have to make your child comfortable your child understand this is the right way to do it and you are not going to fall down because fear that they are going to fall into the commode because it’s huge for them to make your child comfortable and over the period the child will learn initially it may be a little difficult but with regular trial and counselling things will work better
