Q.

#asktheexperts Hi sir.... my daughter is 13 months old and her is 8.6 kg... is it okay?? if not what should I do to increase her weight?

A. an average weight should be near about 9.5 kg so it is little bit on the lower side but if you focus on your child's good food habit you can maintain the gap difference try giving fresh seasonal fruits as well as vegetables whatever way these are Khichdi you give to your baby add little bit of a ghee or butter in it give chicken soup or black chana soup in case you are non vegetarian
