ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom babies this age can be given soft consistency diet so gradually introduce new varieties of foods as per how well they are accepting it .
You can give rice , roti , oats, sago , variety of dals , egg yolk , dry fruit and nuts , variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables
