A. A balanced diet is the best way to keep a 7-year-old active in cricket. Sample daily plan: Before practice (30–60 min): Banana, apple, dates, or peanut butter sandwich. After practice (within 30 min): Milk or curd with fruit, boiled eggs/paneer, sprouts, or a homemade smoothie. Breakfast: Idli, dosa, poha, oats, or vegetable paratha with milk. Lunch: Roti, dal, rice, vegetables, curd, and paneer/egg/chicken (if non-vegetarian). Evening snack: Nuts, roasted chana, fruit, or corn. Dinner: Roti with dal and vegetables, plus paneer or other protein. Hydration: Encourage plenty of water before, during, and after cricket. Avoid junk food and sugary drinks. If your child gets tired very easily despite eating well, consult a paediatrician to rule out iron or vitamin deficiencies.

A. Proteins are definitely going to be extremely essential and that in a good amount because your child is into a physical sports which require a lot of strength and energy plus looking at the situation I would highly recommend to visit a nutritionist get a detailed diet plan done for your child which would be good for overall development strength and energy of your child
