#asktheexperts Hi my son is 6 month old I've started to give him solids 1st week dal and rice water once a day. 12.30 rice or dal water 2 nd week cerelac and carrot twice a day. 12.30 cerelac 4.30 carrot puree(half) in between all breastfeeding can i give my baby beetroot is it ok when will his first teeth erupt.

yes u can give beetroot to ur baby it is nutritious
introduce variety of seasonal and locally available vegetables and fruits
avoid commercial baby food
