A. sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into. if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it always improve with time you can increase the physical activitdy during the daytime as well as avoid more sleeping time during the day time and this will help in improving the night time sleeping time .

A. But what is the problem in that if your child is active through the day that’s very good see anyways when parents want to set a schedule for their child when they want to send the child to the school this works handy because when the child comes back home you keep your child awake keep your child energetic in everything so this child will learn to sleep by the time of eight or nine in the night and will wake up by six or seven whatever the school time is your child will have a good sleep which is what is required in the early age
